How long does a Noorelle candle burn?
Around 35 to 40 hours. Each candle comes in a 3.8 oz frosted amber jar with roughly 100 g of soy wax.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. Delivery is a flat Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders of Rs 4,000 or more, so any two candles or any of our sets ship free.
Do you offer gift sets or discounts on more than one candle?
Yes. Our duos, trio and complete collection all cost less than buying the candles separately. If you'd rather choose your own, add any three candles to your cart and Rs 800 comes off automatically.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer, with no extra charge for COD.
What are your candles made of?
Soy wax and fragrance, poured by hand in small batches in Karachi. Every candle cures for at least 14 days before we send it, so the scent is fuller when you light it.
Why does the wax look frosted or patchy?
A white, crystal-like frosting and small wet-looking spots where the wax meets the glass are natural to soy wax. They're a sign of real soy, not a defect, and don't affect the burn or the scent.
How do I get the best burn?
On the first light, let the whole surface melt to the edges (about 2 hours) to stop tunnelling. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before every burn, and don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
