These terms apply when you use noorellecandles.com or buy from Noorelle Candles ("Noorelle", "we", "us"), a small candle studio based in Karachi, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation by email. This confirms we've received it, not that it has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we can't verify the order. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. You can pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once payment is received. Discounts and set prices can't be combined unless we say so.

3. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are explained in our shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary with the courier.

4. Returns and refunds

5. Our products
Our candles are poured by hand, so colour, surface finish and scent strength can vary slightly from batch to batch and from the photos on our website. Burn times are approximate and depend on how the candle is used.

6. Candle safety
Always follow the care instructions provided. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable, and place it on a heat-resistant surface. We're not responsible for damage or injury caused by using a candle against these instructions.

7. Our website
All text, photos and branding on this website belong to Noorelle Candles and may not be copied or used without our permission. We try to keep information accurate, but errors can happen, and we may correct them at any time.

8. Liability
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani law.

9. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
