Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan through our courier partners. We don't ship internationally at the moment.
Delivery charges
- Orders under Rs 4,000: flat Rs 250 delivery.
- Orders of Rs 4,000 or more: free delivery.
There's no extra charge for cash on delivery.
When your order ships
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in Karachi and 3–6 working days to other cities, depending on the courier and your location. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
If you pay by bank transfer, we dispatch your order once the payment reaches us.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you the courier's tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
Cash on delivery
Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the address you give us. If a cash-on-delivery order is refused at the door without a valid reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
Damaged in transit
Candles are glass, so we pack them carefully. If anything arrives broken, see our refund policy and we'll put it right.
