Noorelle Candles ("Noorelle", "we", "us") is a small candle studio based in Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

  • Browsing information: our store runs on Shopify, which uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and give us basic information about how the site is used (such as pages visited and device type).

How we use it

  • To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To answer your questions and handle returns or problems.
  • To send you our newsletter, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To keep our store secure and prevent fraud.
  • To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people who help us run the store, and only as much as they need:

  • Shopify, which hosts our online store.
  • Payment providers, to process your payment.
  • Courier and delivery services, to deliver your order.
  • Authorities, if we are required to by law.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, customer service, and our legal and tax obligations. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Keeping it safe
We use Shopify's secure platform and limit access to your information to the people who run Noorelle. No online service is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (unless we need to keep it for legal reasons). You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the store, like the cart, may not work without them.

Children
Our store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
